Algunos indicadores de equidad, eficiencia, y eficacia del sistema de financiación de la Universidad

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se pretende analizar la eficiencia, eficacia y equidad del actual sistema de financiación de nuestra Universidad. Existe acuerdo en que el sistema actual no responde a criterios objetivos y en buena medida, como consecuencia de ello, no genera una asignación de recursos entre las diferentes universidades que responda adecuadamente a los criterios de equidad, eficiencia y eficacia. El objetivo central del presente trabajo es realizar una aproximación a través del cálculo de diversos indicadores a la eficacia, eficiencia y equidad del sistema actual general de financiación de nuestra Universidad con datos de 2000 y recordar algunas de las reformas propuestas que aún están pendientes.
