Abstract

El documento, fruto del trabajo conjunto de un grupo de investigadores de España y Argentina, tiene como objetivo fundamental esbozar un análisis preliminar del impacto de la crisis mundial sobre América Latina, para permitir luego plantear no sólo los márgenes de acción disponibles para los gestores de política económica, sino también el necesario rediseño institucional, con la idea de evitar la repetición del fenómeno en el futuro, en el peor de los casos, amortiguar sus consecuencias
