Évaluation de la qualité des emplois au Canada : une approche multidimensionnelle

Abstract

La présente étude vise à évaluer la qualité des emplois au Canada à l’aide d’un cadre multidimensionnel d’inspiration internationale qui permet de mesurer six aspects généraux : le revenu et les avantages sociaux, les perspectives de carrière, l’intensité du travail, la qualité du temps de travail, les compétences et la latitude, et l’environnement social. Aux fins de l’analyse, les auteurs ont eu recours aux résultats de l’Enquête sociale générale de 2016, laquelle a permis de recueillir un vaste ensemble de renseignements sur les conditions de travail au Canada.
