Abstract

La présente étude porte sur le lien entre les compétences professionnelles exigées et le niveau de scolarité (le plus haut niveau atteint et le domaine d’études). À partir des données de l’Enquête nationale auprès des ménages de 2011 appariées aux données de l’Occupational Information Network (qui contient de l’information sur les exigences en matière de compétences professionnelles), l’étude a permis de dégager un nombre important de nouvelles constatations sur les compétences exigées dans le cadre des emplois occupés par les Canadiens âgés de 25 à 34 ans détenant différents titres scolaires.
