Zarzadzanie ryzykiem w instytucjach wykorzystujacych muzulmanskie produkty finansowe

Abstract

Finanse muzu³manskie to jeden z najszybciej rozwijajacych sie segmentow rynku finansowego – w ciagu minionej dekady globalna wartosc aktywow muzulmanskich rosla w srednim rocznym tempie 10–12 proc. Produkty zgodne z prawem szariatu, ktore nie sa oparte o stope procentowa, zdobywaja coraz wieksza popularnosc w panstwach Unii Europejskiej oraz Stanach Zjednoczonych. Wobec tego kluczowym jest omowienie praktycznych aspektow stosowania muzulmanskich instrumentow, w tym przede wszystkim, kwestii zarzadzania ryzykiem. Niniejsza publikacja przedstawia specyfike muzulmanskich instrumentow finansowych i mechanizm ich dzialania. Omawia kwestie charakterystyki ryzyka ka¿dego z instrumentow oraz metody zarzadzania ryzykiem stosowane przez instytucje oferujace produkty muzulmanskie oraz angazujace sie w transakcje gdzie te instrumenty sa stosowane.
