Organisationskulturens betydning for videndeling mellem daginstitutionslederne i Varde Kommune

Abstract

Denne rapport er en afrapportering af et forskningssamarbejde mellem 15 dag-institutionsledere i Varde Kommune og undertegnede i perioden november 2001 – maj 2002. De 15 er lederne fra alle kommunens børnehaver. Emnet har været Organisationskulturens betydning for vidensdelingen mellem daginstitu-tionsledere i Varde Kommune. Samarbejdet har haft karakter af at være et pro-cessuelt forløb, da den gensidige forståelse forventes opbygget undervejs og ik-ke først, når konklusionen afsløres til sidst. Af denne grund er der slet ikke no-gen decideret normativ konklusion i nærværende artikel. Derimod er der en be-skrivelse af den forståelse, som jeg løbende har mødt, suppleret med min egen. Artiklen vil basere sig på et større antal kvalitative data i form af citater fra mi-ne dialogreferater. Alle disse er skrevet i kursiv.
