Abstract

Объектом исследования в отчете является агропромышленный комплекс России в контексте перехода на прагматическую парадигму стратегического управления. Цель работы - анализ тенденций, закономерностей и недостатков функционирования национального агропромышленного комплекса; определение основных приоритетов развития АПК с точки зрения прагматической парадигмы управления им; обеспечение оптимальной поддержки прагматической парадигмы стратегического управления в АПК: обеспечение кадровыми ресурсами, использование инноваций и цифровых технологий, оптимизация налогообложения, экологизация агропромышленного производства. В ходе выполнения НИР были разработаны базисные предпосылки для внедрения прагматической парадигмы управления в агропромышленном комплексе России.
