Abstract

В научном отчете проанализированы состояние российской экономики и динамика макропоказателей в современных условиях. Показано, что негативные последствия вызваны не столько введёнными внешнеэкономическими санкциями, сколько внутренней финансово-денежной политикой, направленной на борьбу с инфляцией посредством ограничения денежного предложения реальному сектору экономики и повышения ключевой ставки. Обоснованы необходимость и условия расширения внутренних источников кредитования российских компаний, дана оценка принятому антикризисному плану, сформулированы предложения по кардинальному улучшению экономической ситуации.
