Abstract

В научном отчете выполнен анализ инновационной активности в РФ в 2014-2015 гг. в условиях экономических санкций. Определены приоритеты научно-технологического и инновационного развития страны. Обоснованы перспективные структурно-технологическое и организационно-экономические изменения в ресурсодобывающих, перерабатывающих и обрабатывающих отраслях. Сформулированы основные направления совершенствования инновационной политики государства.
