Abstract

В отчете анализируется функционирование банковской системы в условиях введения санкций, разработаны предложения по повышению эффективности деятельности ЦБ РФ и коммерческих банков, а также обосновывается необходимость перехода к новой экономической модели. В результате исследования были выявлены основные недостатки российской банковской системы, сформулированы предложения по её совершенствованию и обоснована необходимость смены экономической парадигмы. Отчет выполнен по теме № 13 Государственного задания ИПР РАН на 2014-2016 гг.
