Abstract

В отчете исследовано современное состояние инновационного потенциала российской экономики, в том числе, в региональном аспекте. Выявлено, что инновационная активность в экономике находится на относительно невысоком уровне. При этом в структуре затрат на инновации и модернизацию основные расходы составляют технологические инновации. Основной удельный вес инновационной активности по-прежнему концентрируется в ресурсодобывающих отраслях и, в первую очередь, в ТЭК. С одной стороны, это обстоятельство способствует мультипликативному эффекту и росту всей экономики, с другой – невысокая степень инновационной активности в экономике не позволяет полностью задействовать значительный экономический потенциал ТЭК.
