Abstract

Проанализировано современное состояние российской экономики с позиции финансово-денежной политики. Рассматриваются последствия либеральных рыночных реформ и особенности приватизации в настоящий период. Доказывается необходимость государственного регулирования экономики, предлагаются меры по совершенствованию функционирования банковского сектора и развитию фондового рынка с целью активизации инвестиционной деятельности. Обосновывается целесообразность применения двухсекторной модели экономики в высокотехнологичных отраслях промышленности. Разработаны основные положения эффективной финансово-денежной политики, направленной на обеспечение стабильного социально-экономического развития России. Подчеркивается важность системного подхода к анализу и управлению экономикой. Работа поддержана грантами РГНФ: проект№04-02-00113а, проект № 05-02-02282а.
