Технологические Платформы И Инновационные Кластеры В России[Technological Platforms and Innovation clusters in Russia]

В статье раскрываются особенности формирования новых институтов развития инновационной экономики - технологических платформ и инновационных кластеров, создание которых должно содействовать ускорению процессов модернизации и инновационного развития в России. Основное внимание уделено сравнительному анализу содержания концепции технологических платформ в российской и европейской практике, возможным сценариям их развития. Анализируется роль кластерного подхода в решении задач активизации инновационных процессов как в целом по стране, так и в отдельных регионах, вскрываются особенности и условия их формирования, оценивается перспективы их развития. The article describes the features of the creation of new institutions of development in the innovative economy - technology platforms and innovation clusters, which could help accelerate the process of modernization and innovation development in Russia. The main attention is paid to comparative analysis of the content of the concept of technology platforms in the Russian and European practice, the possible scenarios of their development. The article also focuses on the role the cluster approach in solving the problems of enhancing innovation processes in individual regions and across Russia, the conditions of their formation, the assessments the prospects of their development.
