Abstract

Die Stellungnahme der Arbeitsgruppe Gesundheitsdaten identifiziert aus gesundheitsökonomischer Perspektive eine deutliche Diskrepanz zwischen Forschungsbedarfen und den am Forschungsstandort Deutschland vorgefundenen Bedingungen des Datenzugangs. Ein ungenügender Datenzugang ist aber nicht zuletzt deswegen ein Problem, weil sich Gesundheitsdaten anderer Länder oftmals nicht ausreichend auf das deutsche Gesundheitswesen übertragen lassen. Dies beeinträchtigt deutsche Spitzenforschung und Politikberatung. Die Stellungnahme zeigt auf, was sich ändern sollte.
