Fluctuatiile cresterii economice din Romania, in perioada 1990 - 2016

Abstract

Iesirea prin explozie din cadrul rigid al regimului politic monopartid si al economiei de comanda, în decembrie 1989, a avut multiple consecinte asupra dezvoltarii economico-sociale a României, pe termen lung. Actiunea conjugata a factorilor interni si externi a impus, în urmatoarele circa trei decenii, realizarea unui proces de (re)implementare a mecanismelor concurentiale si ulterior de aderare si integrare în Uniunea Europeana. Implementarea programelor de reforma în contextul deschiderii economiei catre fluxurile externe de bunuri, servicii si factori de productie a generat atât oportunitati, cât si restrictii pentru dezvoltarea economica si valorificarea potentialului productiv si uman de care a dispus România în ultimul deceniu al secolului al XX-lea si în cea mai mare parte a primelor doua decenii ale secolului al XXI-lea. Astfel, s-a înregistrat o alternare a perioadelor de recesiune cu cele de boom economic. Din acest motiv, este necesar ca analiza dinamicii principalilor indicatori definitorii pentru cresterea economica sa fie realizata concomitent cu reliefarea particularitatilor fiecarui ciclu al evolutiei economiei.
