Abstract

In literatura de specialitate s-au consacrat o serie de modele si metode de masurare a timpului necesar pentru a recupera decalajele dintre diferite sisteme, prin determinarea ritmului de dezvoltare pentru a ajunge la un anumit nivel de referinta, intr-o perioada determinata de timp. Aceste modele sunt cunoscute sub denumirea de modele de tip "catching-up". Scopul acestui studiu este sa evalueze, pe baza aplicarii unui astfel de model, ritmul necesar pentru recuperarea decalajelor dintre Romania si UE in domeniul sistemului de cercetare-dezvoltare, precum si factorii care conditioneaza inregistrarea ritmului necesar pentru realizarea convergentei cu media UE-25.
