Abstract

Research and existing practice show that there is a need to improve the system of public administration and search for tools to improve the quality of public administration. The present study is devoted to the study, analysis of the practice of use, description of the state and prospects of development of the federal state information system "Unified Information system for personnel management of the state civil Service Of the Russian Federation", development of proposals for improving the module "Professional development", the construction of a Unified system management algorithm in terms of professional development of civil servants of the Russian Federation Federation. The research is based on both theoretical developments and practice-oriented ones based on the results of using the Unified Information System for Personnel Management of the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation. Based on the results of the study, proposals for improvement and further development were formed, allowing to become more open and exchange data with various super-services, timely transformation and development of personnel management for managerial decision-making.
