Abstract

The XIX century was marked by the progressive development and triumph of liberal values. At this time, not only are the categories of classical liberalism formed, but also the implementation of liberal principles in practice takes place. In France, during the July revolution of 1830, a liberal regime led by king Louis-Philippe d'orleans, known for his liberal views, was established, and his supporters — moderate liberal Orleanists-came to power
