Abstract

Management effectiveness in national security sphere is connected with the need of threat assessment and harmonization of the security indicators in the framework of the Federal Districts and subjects of the Russian Federation, as in each of them conditions of life support and experience of its achievement absolutely different. Also the problem of assessment and provision of regional security is crucial.
