Abstract

This paper presents the analysis used at the federal level software tools expenditure management - federal and departmental target programs, priority national projects, maps of projects to implement the Guidelines of the Government The Russian Federation for the period up to 2012, the state of the program. According to the results of the legal and implementarnogo analysis of the quality of budgetary target programs and other software tools The degree of utilization of project management practices in the activities of the Government of the Russian Federation.
