Abstract

Cultural differences observed in the behaviors and characteristics of perception of different cultures are very important in the work of multinational corporations. Existing cross-cultural differences can complicate the international cooperation, both between companies and within the organization on the staff level, but on the other hand, such a variation in business models can make the company more sustainable and more economically mobile. The process of management of international human resources includes the development of so-called "global management", which in addition to the traditional qualities, qualifications and functions of a successful manager must combine the experience of international communication and cross-cultural competence.
