Abstract

Investigated domestic and foreign experience in coordinating economic development and provide the traditional functions of the state in the field of external and internal security, and also analyzed the main problem areas of the system of state management of the economy and the "power" unit in the complex reforms initiated Russian government in 2003. The problems identified in the coordination of national economic reform and "force" the block Russian authorities indicate the need for a radical modernization of existing in Russian institutes of national security, including through active Drawing the world's best experiences.
