Abstract

A focused and effective structural policy and its correlation with the strategic objectives of the national economy is of fundamental importance, since it contributes towards the target of trend growth and the formation of target socio-economic configuration. This policy is implemented not only states, but also by supranational entities, and shows the evolution of their priorities of socio-economic development. This paper describes the experience of the analysis of the global structural policy, its scientific basis and practical mechanisms, institutions and procedures are discussed especially the integration of structural projects in the social and economic policy in Russia. The development and implementation of state of structural policy regarded as the most effective way to achieve the targets socio-economic development of Russia, as well as the consolidation of the target parameters all state-supported strategies in common strategic documents planning.
