Intergovernmental fiscal relations in the conditions of development of federalism in Russia

Abstract

The topicality of the research is determined by the solution of the tasks of the research Institute of fiscal federalism, important for modern economic science, and for the development of scientific and methodological foundations of the state's budget policy, including in crisis conditions. In recent years the Russian Federation has been made serious efforts to modernize the methods of public Finance management. We can distinguish three impetus to the development of interbudgetary relations in Russia, which are reflected in the conceptual documents regulating the mid-term development in this area.
