Abstract

One of the main conditions of effective achievement of the goals of entrepreneurship is the presence of a relationship of trust between business partners. This is confirmed by numerous examples from the history of Russian and foreign enterprises. Suffice it to recall the trust force of the expression "striking hands" (in the Western practice - "gentleman's agreement"), after which did not require a written confirmation of the transaction. That is, trust is an objective substance that is present at the conclusion of any transaction, has a direct impact not only on decision-making by parties on the implementation of commitments at the signing of business contracts, but also for their further effective implementation, and may be referred to as "intangible" economic resources of the business. This is also confirmed by the fact that currently many researchers proved that trust in modern conditions acquires the status of an economic category. It becomes an important factor that must be considered when developing the strategy of development of the enterprises not only from the standpoint of the market (external) and industrial (internal) affairs at the development of control systems of business structures.
