Organizational and financial mechanisms of risk management in commercial bank

Abstract

The role of banks in the modern market economy is quite high. High pace of innovation in financial markets and the internationalization of financial flows changed the face of banking beyond recognition. Technological progress and deregulation has led to the emergence of new opportunities for banks and at the same time contributed to the increased competition in the banking sector. As a result, the process of increasing banking risks and their varieties have become permanent. The correlation between different types of risk, both within individual bank and in the banking system grew and became more complex.
