Abstract

Transferring powers to the Bank of Russia supervision and regulation of financial markets is a significant structural transformation of the organizational management of the Russian financial system, the answer to the challenges of the phenomena generated by the global crisis of 2008-2009. The paper considers the system of economic, organizational and legal relations developing between the single body of financial market regulation, the various segments of the market and financial organizations, as well as other public authorities. Also analyzed the basic principles, models and approaches, which underlie the common activity of regulation and supervision in the financial market.
