Abstract

This work is dedicated to industrial character of Russian economy and the issues connected with that. Industrial regions forms GDP and define economical situation in country. It is clear that industrial policy is one of the most important parts of economic policy in Russia. The negative issues in this part reflect all the negative trends in Russian economy. To find the way out of crisis demand a solution of the big range of problems including a general situation in Russian economy and development of other important fields.
