Abstract

Key conceptual positions and methodological approaches of work as the basis for development projects "Method of calculation of intergovernmental transfers from the federal budget to the budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation" and "Methods of determining the value of a pension factor", which according to the Federal Law of December 15, 2001 №167- FZ "On Mandatory Pension Insurance in the Russian Federation" (as amended on December 28, 2013) and the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 №400-FZ "On Insurance Pensions" are to be approved by the Russian Government.
