Formation of modern system of financing of capital repairs

Abstract

Modern housing is characterized by a significant level of wear. This condition is caused by failure to observe the established order of carrying out repairs. Violation of terms of realization of actions for capital repairs leads to acceleration of increase of physical wear and sharp increase in costs of its carrying out. The main source of financing of works on capital repair funds are the owners of the premises. Introduction of system of insurance of the general property of an apartment house is possible. Provides for the establishment of regional systems of capital repairs of apartment buildings. The program provides planned capital repairs. Unplanned capital repairs in case of unforeseen events, will turn back considerable expenditure which can be not always filled with personal means for the owner. For increase of management efficiency it is expedient to managing organization to provide alternative option of financing of capital repairs of an apartment house. Introduction of system of insurance of the general property of an apartment house is possible.
