Abstract

The article argues that small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises play an important role in ensuring food security in Russia. The forms of state support of small and medium-sized agricultural entrepreneurship in Russia are systematized. The article deals with some problems hindering the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the agricultural sector. The most optimal directions of development are offered.
