Defensa de la Competencia en los Mercados Energéticos. El Enfoque Integral de la Autoridad Argentina de la Competencia

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido establecer los principales rasgos de la actuación de la autoridad de competencia argentina en los mercados energéticos, en ejercicio de sus amplias facultades de control previo de concentraciones económicas y abogacía de la competencia. A tal efecto se realizó un relevamiento de los 86 dictámenes técnicos emitidos por la Comisión Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia respecto de las operaciones de concentración económica que le fueron notificadas y que comprendieron distintos segmentos de los mercados energéticos. Implementariamente se realizó un tratamiento más detallado de un cuerpo de jurisprudencia seleccionado.
