Abstract

El objetivo del presente reporte es analizar los casos de fusiones y adquisiciones de empresas del sector eléctrico que se han registrado en sistemas ya desregulados total o parcialmente. Para ello, se investigan los fundamentos utilizados por las agencias reguladoras y de defensa de la competencia y los resultados finales de casos de Europa, Estados Unidos y Latinoamérica
