Indicadores de eficiencia en agua y saneamiento a partir de costos medios e indicadores de productividad parcial

Abstract

En este trabajo se busca la confección de una metodología que permita medir la evolución en el tiempo de la eficiencia de la empresa concesionaria del servicio de agua potable y saneamiento de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, a partir del uso de indicadores sintéticos de costos medios y productividad parcial. Se complementa con un seguimiento de indicadores sintéticos de calidad, cobertura y otros de eficacia.
