Efficient restructuring in bread industry in Romania

Restructuring involves bringing an activity changes related to how a company creates value and delivers the value in the form of market products or services. Determining the degree and concentration of such changes, and the implement of necessary actions to manage these changes is a difficult task that involves certain risks. As a result, the restructuring is a serious commitment to be led in a most fair, demanding, at the outset, involvement of the management company and any other interested parties. In general this is performed during the process of drafting the business plan and budget allocation.
