Abstract

يقوم هذا البحث بدراسة وتحليل بعض صيغ عقود الإجارة المستحدثة، وهي الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك، حيث إنها صورة من صور توظيف الأموال في المصارف الإسلامية، وقد اختلف فيها بين الفقهاء المعاصرين وبين المجامع والهيئات الفقهية في جوازها من عدمه، والباحث هنا يطرح عدداً من التساؤلات حول هذه الصيغة، ويقوم بمناقشتها وتحليلها من جميع جوانبها.
