Abstract

البحث محاولة لاكتشاف وجهة النظر الإسلامية في موضوع ذي أهمية وتأثير على قرار الإنتاج نفسه، فالمنتج للسلعة أو الخدمة قد يتعرض في المستقبل للمطالبة بالتعويض نتيجة لمسئوليته التقصيرية تجاه مستعمل السلعة أو المستفيد من الخدمة.ويخلص البحث إلى نتائج مهمة تنشأ من نظرة الإسلام إلى نظام المسؤولية التقصيرية مما يجعلها متميزة ذات خصوصية في الإسلام، وما ينشأ من تأثير على المنتج والمستهلك وتحديد أنواع الضرر والتعويض ومقداره وتكييفه ..الخ .
