Abstract

Comment trois territoires, de tailles et de structures socio-économiques différentes mais tous les trois situés en marge des pôles métropolitains, conduisent un projet visant à la résilience et au renforcement de leur identité, à partir de stratégies de « circuits courts », au sens de la valorisation optimale de leurs ressources. Les angles d’attaque sont très différents (autonomie énergétique, agriculture territorialisée, insertion et GTEC, écologie industrielle, report modal). Les démarches mettent en évidence le besoin d’une intelligence économique adaptée, et notamment mieux à même d’évaluer les externalités des processus économiques.
