Abstract

Gabon abandoned his role of owner and entrepreneur in public entreprises and tries support the development of local activities in the private sector. This trasfert to the private sector nevertheless needs to create a credible and sustainable economic system in order to be an efficient mover of the economic growth. As a matter of fact, besides todays structural reforms (in the political framework) it is necessary to help the entrepreneur, all the more so that the bank system is always reticent.
