Abstract

Avec la récente loi française relative à l'innovation (1999), le statut des chercheurs du secteur public a considérablement changé. De l'interdiction pure et simple de leur intervention dans les entreprises, ils accèdent à un statut dérogatoire plus flexible destiné à les encourager à valoriser les résultats de leur recherche en créant des entreprises ou en participant aux opérations de transfert. Ce document analyse l'évolution de ces statuts et évalue leur portée opérationnelle. Abstract : The recent French law on the theme of innovation (1999) has considerably affected the public researchers' status. While the precedent one forbade researchers' intervention in companies, the new derogatory status is more flexible and intend to encourage them to set-up firms and participate in Knowledge transfers. This document analyses the evolution of these status and their practical implication.
