Enseigner la fonction d'entrepreneur A propos du DESS « Entrepreneuriat et Redéploiement Industriel » (Teaching The Function OF Entrepreneur About the DESS « Entrepreneuriat et Redéploiement Industriel »)

L'entrepreneur, ce personnage mythique du capitalisme, est aujourd'hui appelé à sauver l'économie des rigidités, des routines et du sousemploi. Si, au début de l'ère industrielle, les créateurs d'entreprise étaient considérés comme des aventuriers, des personnages hors du commun qui, par leur grande capacité de jugement et de conviction, étaient porteurs de croissance économique, aujourd'hui l'innovation dépend de la constitution de réseaux financiers, technologiques et commerciaux au sein desquels l'entrepreneur représente une sorte de passerelle des technologies et des rapports marchands : c'est un entrepreneur socialisé. Dans cette perspective, outre les aides accordées par les États ou les associations pour favoriser l'esprit d'entreprise, des formations spécifiques sont développées pour « enseigner le métier de l'entrepreneur». C'est le cas du DESS « Entrepreneuriat et Redéploiement Industriel » de l'Université du Littoral, qui a pour objectif d'enseigner comment une contrainte de crise peut se transformer en opportunité – à condition bien sûr que l'action entrepreneuriale s'intègre parfaitement dans un projet local et national de transformation et de croissance économique. The entrepreneur, this mythical character of capitalism, is nowadays considered as the savior of the economy jeopardized by rigidities, routines and underemployment. If at the beginning of the industrial era enterprise founders were considered as adventurers, outstanding characters who, by their great capacity of judgment and conviction, were the engine of economic growth, innovation depends now on the constitution of financial, technological and commercial networks, in which entrepreneur only represents a kind of bridge for technologies and merchant relationships: it is a socialized entrepreneur. In that perspective, beyond State-sponsored and association-funded grants aiming at favoring the spirit of enterprise, specific training programs are created in order to « teach the profession of entrepreneur ». What the DESS « Entrepreneuriat et Redéploiement Industriel », Université du Littoral, proposes corresponds with such an aim; this master program teaches how crisis constraint can be transformed in an opportunity–provided, of course, that the entrepreneurial action takes place perfectly in a local and national project of transformation and economic growth.
