Abstract

In this brief, we analyze the implications of the new European Commission’s data act from the perspective of both industry agreements and the digital green transition. In addition, we ask whether the new regulation of data will contribute to the emergence of data sharing practices and the digital green transition. It is worth noting that the new data regulation in its current form does not consider the specificities of the industry.
