Organizaciones que aprenden y Administración de Recursos Humanos

Abstract

El constante cambio que enfrentan las organizaciones hace que se re-planteen las formas de pensar y actuar en las firmas. En la actualidad los directivos deben visualizar fuentes de ventajas competitivas aprovechando los recursos existentes en la empresa: explotando capacidades, tecnologías y conocimientos. El presente trabajo busca relacionar el tema de las organizaciones que aprenden con el área de recursos humanos, incluyendo el proceso de formación en las empresas. Para ello, se realiza un análisis exhaustivo del programa de investigación científica que da origen al enfoque de conocimientos y se describe el estado del arte del programa de investigación científica de las organizaciones que aprenden. Finalmente se plantean algunos cuestionamientos referidos a la relación de este programa de investigación científica, con el área de recursos humanos y lo que se ha encontrado escrito e investigado sobre la organización de la formación.
