Резюме: Образованието е основно конституционно право и значимо обществено благо, затова борбата срещу дискриминацията в тази област на социалния живот е предмет на антидискриминационното законодателство. В доклада се изследва защитата от дискриминация при упражняване правото на висше образование, като една от степените на образование. Правните аспекти на защитата от дискриминация в сферата на висшите училища са разгледани както по отношение на обучаващите се (студенти/докторанти), така и по отношение на преподавателите
