Стратегія Інноваційного Розвитку Системи Економічної Безпеки Агрохолдингу[The strategy of innovative development of agriholding economic security system]

The article is devoted to systematization, generalization, further strengthening and improving of the strategy of innovative development of the agricultural holding economic security system. There was studied the long-term planning, strategic vision for development of the economic security system of each enterprise, including the agricultural holding. Determined that the strategy of improvement of the agricultural holding economic security system helps to ensure significant success of the plan and achieve genuine efficiency and effectiveness in protecting against external and internal threats. It is noted that the multidimensional term of strategy is reflected in its interpretation as management objectives, the desired result of activities; long-term objectives, plan of operation, course, decisions; effectiveness of the overall program and so on. The author’s interpretation of strategy of enterprise economic security system innovative development is proposed, it is presented a graphic model for formation of a strategy of enterprise economic security (forming the vision, goals, mission, monitoring, analysis of threats and environment, identifying alternatives and choose among them, the immediate implementation of the strategy and control, an adjustment to the corresponding revision). Based on the analysis it is revealed the main interests of the company, to meet which has directed the activities in implementing the strategy of enterprise economic security innovative development. It is proved the necess ty of the development strategy of economic security that provides competitive advantage and improves efficiency.
