Abstract

The paper considers inter-budgetary relations as one of the most complex and ambiguous spheres of functioning of state institutions of Georgia. The aim is to identify the problematic aspects of Georgia's budget policy and formulate the key directions for their elimination through the introduction of the principles of financial and budgetary federalism.
