Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between the Egyptian exports and inward foreign direct investments flows (FDI) to Egypt from six main partners (USA, UK, KSA, UAE, Germany, France, and Kuwait) using panel data for the period 2001 to 2012. The results revealed that there is a bidirectional relationship between exports and inward FDI based on random effects models.
