Икономически Измерения На Аграрните Транзакции
[Economic dimensions of agrarian transations]

Abstract

В статията се посочва, че Икономиката на транзакционните разходи предоставя мощна рамка за разбиране на развитието на цялото разнообразие на управленчески структури и институции, които виждаме в съвременния свят. Тази новоразвиваща се концепция обаче не е напълно използвана в аграрната сфера за изследване на управленческите механизми и фактори на институционалната модернизация. Прави се опит за адаптиране на основните принципи на Икономиката на транзакционните разходи към аграрната сфера на икономиките в трансформация. Класифицират се основните допускания и развитието на икономиката на транзакционите разходи. Аграрната транзакция се поставя в центъра на икономически анализ. Изследват се типовете аграрни транзакции и структурата на свързаните с тях разходи. Прави се сравнителен анализ със допусканията на Неокласическата и Традиционалната институционална икономика, и преценява потенциала за прилагането на новия подход в ефективния организационен дизайн. Определят се структурите за организация на аграрните транзакции и икономическата роля на държавата на базата на потенциала на различните управленчески структури за икономизират транзакционни разходи. Определят се насоките за прилагането на икономиката на транзакционните разходи в анализа на институционалните структури в трансформиращото се българско селско стопанство.
