Abstract

La présente étude a pour objet d’apprécier les déterminants de la pauvreté non monétaire en Milieu Urbain. L’analyse des déterminants du bien être, enrichit la compréhension du phénomène de pauvreté en République Démocratique du Congo. Pour cela, la méthodologie utilisée vise à appréhender les déterminants de la pauvreté non monétaire à partir d’une régression logistique. De ce travail, il est ressorti que les déterminants fondamentaux de la pauvreté en milieu urbain sont : le niveau d’instruction, la taille, le sexe, le type d’habitat, la nature de toit, les matériaux des murs, le type de toilette, la source d’approvisionnement en eau, l’énergie pour la cuisson et l’éclairage, l’évacuation des ordures.
