Abstract

The migration of talented individuals, and professionals in general, better known as the "Brain Drain", has become a more widespread phenomenon in the Middle East in the past few years. While many Arab economies fail to offer opportunities to skilled and talented young people, high-income-countries welcome the best and the brightest from all over the world in order to fill their employment gaps. The aim of this paper is to shed light on the phenomenon of migration of Arab talent and how to take advantage of these efficiencies and adapted to serve Arab development.
